齒鏈帶簡介:齒鏈帶是玻璃機械制瓶機和輸瓶機上的一種齒形輸送帶，是用來輸送玻璃制品的，主要用在制瓶機延長支架和輸瓶機上，齒形鏈帶的節距是12.7毫米和25.4毫米，齒形鏈帶是用鏈片和銷軸和墊圈組成的，鏈片和銷軸都經過高溫淬火熱處理，這樣特殊的熱處理工藝，是的鏈片和銷軸達到了內軟外硬的效果，不但保證了齒鏈帶耐磨，抗拉伸效果，而且不容易折斷，鏈片和銷軸和墊圈都經過煮黑處理，這樣齒鏈帶就不容易生銹，齒鏈帶的材質分碳鋼的，不銹鋼1CR13的，不銹鋼1CR17的，不銹鋼304的。
