YT1000單向數控全自動玻璃鉆孔機1。該機可在一軸線上連續鉆孔作業，由數控系統、伺服系統實現玻璃孔的自動定位、自動鉆孔，孔距精準。采用上、下雙面自動鉆孔，由PLC控制鉆孔程序，操作簡便。鉆孔采用氣缸傳動和脈沖技術，鉆孔速度快，成型質量好，幾無爆邊。電機采用三級皮帶輪調速，應對不同的鉆孔直徑。該機適用于電子玻璃、家電玻璃、汽車玻璃等在一軸線上有多個孔位的玻璃加工。

Superiority of Machine:

l The machine could continuously drill the holes in one line. The movement of workbench is controlled by CNC system and servo system which to achieve the automatically locate and drill holes, and keep high precision tolerance for hole distances.

l Double surface automatic drilling which controlled by PLC drilling program.

l The drilling apparatus adopts hydraulic buffer and pulse technique, which could drill holes rapidly and with good forming quality, no cracking around the hole.

l For the different diameter hole, the tower type apparatus is adopted for adjusting the rotate speed of drill spindle.

l It applies to the processing of electronic glass, home appliance glass, automotive glass and other multi-hole glass.
